  2. Ponemos al carne en un bowl le agregamos un poco de los condimentos que les guste(yo le puse los condimentos que esta en la parte de ingredientes) le agregue 2 huevos y pan rallado y los mezcle todo hasta tener una carne tierna y firme no pegajosa.
  3. Para la salsa: picamos todas las verduras bien chiquitas y rallamos la zanahoria. En una olla añadimos un chorro de aceite y agregamos las verduras y las cocinas cuidando que no se quemen.
  4. En otra olla ponemos a hervir la papa(pelado y cortada en cuadraditos chicos)
  5. Cuando las verduras están casi cocidas añadimos las albóndigas. Yo las hice de tamaño grandes pero la pueden hacer del tamaño que gusten.
  6. Las dejamos sellar bien y cuando están lista le agregamos el puré de tomate el caldo de verdura y los condimentos a gusto. dejamos cocinar por al menos 15 a 20 min.
  7. El puré lo hacen como lo hagan habitualmente. Le pongo manteca lo aplastó y ahí le agrego la leche sal y nuez moscada(no mucha leche porque sino queda muy blando)
  8. Servimos y a disfrutar.
