  1. En un bowl colocar la picada. Con los condimentos harina y pan rallado. Con las manos limpias mezclar y amasar como si fuese una masa. Esto permite que se una y al armarlas y cocinarlas no se desarman. Dejar reposar en la heladera 30min
  2. Armarlas del tamaño de un huevo de codornis (copetin) pasarlas por pan rallado y colocarlas en una bandeja con aceite. Llevarlas al horno durante 30min rotandolas.

  5. Mientras se hace la salsa. Ponemos el agua para las pastas. Al agua agregarle un chorrito de aceite y sal a gusto. Una vez que rompe el hervor ponemos la pasta unos 8' dependiendo de la pasta elegida. Colamos y servimos a gusto con nuestra salsa de albóndigas.
  6. También pueden utilizarlas como copetin con aderezos para una picada !! Quedan geniales !! Espero las disfruten !!
