  7. Una vez dorado pasamos a colocar las alb贸ndigas.
  8. Una vez selladas las alb贸ndigas, pasamos a colocar la pulpa de tomate con una cucharada de az煤car y una de sal; colocamos un poco de agua y dejamos que hierba hasta que se evapore el agua.
  9. Por 煤ltimo si lo desean pueden colocar condimentos, yo en mi caso le coloco una pizca de pimienta blanca y or茅gano.
  10. De acompa帽amiento pueden elegir lo que les guste m谩s yo hoy eleg铆 arroz.
