  6. Vaciar la salsa en una cacerola con un chorrito de aceite caliente y sazonar.
  7. Tomamos una porción de carne y metemos un trocito de queso oaxaca, le damos la forma redonda cubriendo muy bien el queso y meter a la salsa caliente que aún se está cocinando.
  8. Repetir el mismo procedimiento con toda la carne y el queso hasta que se terminen.
  9. Se dejan cocer muy bien en la salsa a fuego bajo, voltear con mucho cuidado para que no se desbaraten.
  10. Cuando estén cocidas agregamos un chorrito de agua a la salsa con las albóndigas y apagamos cuando hierva. Acompañar si gusta con spaghetti o alguna otra pasta.
