- Así queda. Echale más harina por encima para que no se endurezca. Para hervirla se hace súper rápido. Cuando flote toda ya está. Pruébala antes

- Las albóndigas. Sacas la carne y le echas todas las sazones y la cebolla picadita y lo mezclas todo.

- Vas formando la bolita y en el medio pones un pedacito de mozzarella y la cierras. Ahora la mojas en el huevo y la pasas por el pan rallado que ya tiene perejil

- Ya formadas las hechas a freír. Cuando estén listas las sirves con salsa de tomate casera como la que tengo en mis recetas
